Integrate with Clickup
I would love for the Informant 5 calendar to be able to be viewed in Clickup the same way that it is viewable on my iPhone and iMac App. I would love work on Clickup and Informant 5 working smoothly together.

Better custom tag color creation
When I create a custom Tag color the hue does not copy over correctly to the calendar. When creating a new custom tag color I have to go back and forth (between creating custom tag and calendar) at least 10 times to get the correct color on my calendar. I usually just give up and settle for a color. Very disappointing and a waste of my time

Create alerts for when to leave
in the informant today window. There should be a button where you can create alerts on when to leave and select how much time before you want to be alerted on when to leave.

Please find a way to link todos, events and possibly notes with contacts. This way, we could find everything associated with the contact like cjournal. This would help Informant to work like a CRM

App function reliably
My biggest issue with the app is not features, but rather function! At times, Informant Sync stops syncing, so nothing gets backed up. Only solution is remove the account and add it back in. If not VERY careful, tasks get duplicated, or dropped entirely. BOTH are a mess. None of the features matter if the app doesn't function reliably.

Reduce bottom bar height
In v5, please add an option to reduce the bottom bar height, so that some more space is available for showing tasks/events. The bottom bar is where you select the calendar, task, notes and contacts view.

Option to edit task or event directly
In v5, how about a toggle switch in settings to edit a task or an event directly without first getting the preview popup. Most of the time I click on a task or an event, it's for editing purposes instead of viewing details/notes, so that 1 click less would be much more efficient.

Template for many checklist items is broken.
I have a Template checklist task with 100 sub-items, but those items keep separating from the Template task and appear as separate tasks under Templates. This has been documented but never fixed.

Bring back adjustable tab in Month Grid view
Month grid view used to have an adjustable tab which many people miss. We could see the events of a certain day and decide how much agenda view and how much month grid we wanted to see. You made that fixed instead of adjustable. You could bring back the adjustable tab as it was before, and let a menu selection determine which method the user wants.

Bring back paragraph edit mode for title
Sometimes you must put more than a few words on an event title. I realize they shouldn't be too long, but the V4 method of being able to edit the title in sort of a paragraph format should be brought back, even if you limit the number of characters one might put into the field.
(This has nothing to do with parsing. It's being able to edit the title field of an event or task in a paragraph or multi-line format like V4.)1 vote -
Put back adjustable tab on Day Hourly view
The Day hourly view screen doesn't let us see more of the tasks that are on the top of the screen. There used to be an adjustable tab.

There is much too large a space before each event listed in the monthly grid view.
There is much too large a space before each event listed in the monthly grid view. It reduces the amount of letters one can see in the event.
The format in v4 shows more characters and is easier to read.
If you feel some users prefer the new view, program it both ways and allow the user to choose which view he desires in Settings.

Day separators on the Weekly View are much too high (thick).
The Day separators on the Weekly View are much too high (thick). They reduce the number of events that can be seen. It doesn't need to be that thick to press on it if needed.
If you feel some users like the Day of Week name that thick, you can build it both ways and allow a menu Settings selection to choose which view style the user wants.

Allow editing of sub-tasks and sub-checklist items attached to a Parent on the Agenda screen (and on Task screens).
Allow editing of sub-tasks and sub-checklist items attached to a Parent on the Agenda screen (and on Task screens).
[These are sub-tasks that aren't necessarily due today, but listed inside the parent.]The existing "Show optional fields" selection allows the user to EDIT a sub-checklist task's field (which are otherwise not available).
This was designed (in Android v4) so we could put CONTEXT or other information in a sub checklist task.
For example, the CONTEXT could be in a Packing list and show where items are packed, or in a Grocery list and show what supermarkets the individual items are…
