Different icon sets for templates and for appointments within the App
When creating templates for appointments, you do not have access to the complete icon palette, unlike when creating an appointment. Please enable this for templates.

Same sets of icons
The purpose of this email is to request consideration of a feature to refine within MacOS and iOS Informant: make the icon set within MacOS Informant desktop match the set available within Informant iOS. There is overlap. However, there are significant differences between the task icons available in MacOS and iOS versions of the Informant application. It would be very helpful if the two sets match and each application had the same icons visible and available.

A "Hold" or "Pin" Button / Option
it would be very helpful to have button that “pinned” or held the month display to have a desired (next) week at the top of the calendar view.
Often towards the end of the week – perhaps as early as Friday or Saturday – I’ve completed my week and am ready to begin planning and focusing on the following week. iOS Widget should auto update daily highlights
iOS homescreen widget update without needing to tap on it. Feels pointless seeing the previous day’s highlights until I tap on the widget. It should automatically correspond with the day. I hope this isn’t the same case with the watch app.

Copy event for multiple days
For repeated events an option to copy the event and then choose multiple days by clicking on them on the calendar. I have multiple shifts and it would allow me to use that option to put them on the calendar.

Shortcut for online event launch
for online events (Zoom, Teams, etc), can you add a quick link that would pop up automatically next to the event title? The icon would automatically launch the online meeting platform and the meeting. Other calendar apps such as the native Calendar app and Fantastical already have this. Thanks,

Folders or Areas that contain projects.
Some type of additional organization besides having a long list of protects. Folders that can contain a set of projects would be helpful.

Ability to set more than one default event alarm.
Would it be possible to set preferences so that more than one alarm is automatically added to all new events? I like to have an alarm one day before and another two hours before the event. I have the two-hour alarm set, but I have to manually add the one-day alarm each time. This is not a big effort, but I thought this flexibility would be a good improvement.

Infrastructure Issues
Instead of adding more bells and whistles to justify a rate increase, why not fix synching issues? I can’t sync my account on my iPhone with my iPad. And you want to charge me more now? That sucks!

I think I’ve suggested this b4: When Templates for Tasks for Events are made, it would be nice if the Alarms were saved as well.
Every time I use a Template to create a new Task or Event, I have to re-enter Alarm(s) for that Task or Event. It would be really nice if we could save Alarms to the Template, so they come up automatically. It’s way easier to delete specific Alarms if they’re not needed than to make new ones each time.
