iOS Widget should auto update daily highlights
iOS homescreen widget update without needing to tap on it. Feels pointless seeing the previous day’s highlights until I tap on the widget. It should automatically correspond with the day. I hope this isn’t the same case with the watch app.

For events the requested feature is meaningful. Past events are not interesting anymore. For tasks the current display make sense for tracking the task until it’s done.

You're right—widgets should always feel current and useful. The iOS home screen widget should update automatically, and if it’s showing outdated info, that’s something we definitely want to improve. We're reviewing how to ensure it stays in sync without needing a tap.
