Add ability to hide Contexts
Add the option of hiding a Context (similar to the current option to hide or show completed tasks). I have outdated Contexts I no longer need, but do not want to delete for purposes of retaining task history. If I delete the Context it would remove that part of the history I want to retain.

Add Parent field in task details (PocketInformant Web)
For Tasks that have linked subtasks, when you select edit on a subtask you can't currrently see the parent it is linked to from within the edit screen. On the iPhone app there is a field "Parent". It would be more useful in both (Web and iOS) if you could then click on the parent to be directly navigated to its screen. Similarly where the subtasks are shown within the edit screen for a task, it would also be useful if you could click on the subtask to directly navigate to the edit screen for that.

First day of week in Month and Week View
The first day in these views are set to Sunday. In my region (country) we use Monday as a first day of week. It would be nice to have an option to change the first day of week.

In the Focus view, enable an option to sort overdue tasks from newest to oldest (instead of the default of oldest to newest).
In the Focus view, enable an option to sort overdue tasks from newest to oldest (instead of the default of oldest to newest). This would make it easier to work on the newest tasks first without having to scroll all the way through a long list of overdue tasks in order to see them.

Copy Projects / Project Templates
How does Informant 𝘯𝘰𝘵 have this??
We need to be able to copy / duplicate entire projects along with all of their tasks and sub-tasks (or create a template without the due dates).. simply copying individual events or tasks is NOT enough! As a project can have dozens upon dozens of steps..Use cases:
Event & retreat organizers, authors working on books, teachers with lesson plans, fundraising campaigns for non-profits, movies, building projects, name it..2 votes -
Retain Custom Project Sort Orders with New Release Installation
PLEASE devise a way to retain custom Task Project sort orders when pushing out a new release. Since this is something that doesn’t sync across devices, and is tedious to set up on each device, by overwriting the custom sort order you put your customers through a lot of unnecessary work to recreate their sort order.

Please make the date adopt the local format (dd/mm/yyyy) in Australia
I first began using Informant in 2012, but I have found the Informant Web unusable as the date format (mm/dd/yyyy) conflicts with everything on my computer in Australia (dd/mm/yyyy).
I have been asking Support to fix this since 16/07/2023 (07/16/2023). Five "Conversations" have been opened and closed without a response. (#138741, #141772, #142214, #142741, #143350).I would love to start using Informant again! Can this please be fixed?

Custom Edit Actions - i.e. change Due Date to next week
Provide more flexibility for the default actions when editing a Task. For example - change Due Date to “Next Week” which would move the due date out 7 days from the current day.

Easy time zone switching in calendar view
I would love if PI had the ability to quickly toggle between time zones in the calendar view. For people who travel a lot and book meetings in different time zones, it would be excellent. For example, if I’m in Frankfurt this week, but will be in Chicago next week and am trying to booking a meeting in Chicago time, switching time zones in the calendar would simplify this. The Apple native calendar app has this feature, so I end up using this app when I have to book events in another time zone. I wish I could do all…

Double date row in Days, Week or Column Week can be switched off
Duplicate date rows in Days, Week, or Column Week take up space. Please adjust them at the top or bottom, or remove them completely.

More Tab bar configuration options
I only use PI for events & tasks so I have lots of free space in the bottom menu bar. What would be really useful is if I could add addition buttons for direct access to different calendar views or task folders. EG I use ‘Days’ & ‘Month View’ in calendar all the time and switching between them takes 2 taps, if I could have another button configured specifically for ‘Days’ I could leave the multi-option button set to ‘Month View’ and could switch between them both with a single tap.

I like that you send about one a month but I missed the last couple.
Last December I contacted support about syncing informant with Microsoft Exchange and the suggestions did not work for me. It also said did not work with 365. So Sad ! Any Plans? I am going to post it as an idea.

Add a Second Default alarm.
I am a sufferer of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Pocket Informant is, and has been for decades, a Life Saver for me. I couldn't manage my schedule without it! I have a request. I ALWAYS have to manually add a second alarm, 2 hrs. prior to an event, AS WELL AS the default alarm (30 min. before). This allows me to get my troubled mind more conscious that I have an appointment coming soon and to mentally prepare to be conscious of the coming 30 min. prior alarm and not to take on any additional hours consuming activity. Sync custom project list order across devices
Sync project list order across devices. You should be able to set the project list order on a single device, including a Macbook, and have that custom sort sync across all devices.
