Retain Custom Project Sort Orders with New Release Installation
PLEASE devise a way to retain custom Task Project sort orders when pushing out a new release. Since this is something that doesn’t sync across devices, and is tedious to set up on each device, by overwriting the custom sort order you put your customers through a lot of unnecessary work to recreate their sort order.

I think I’ve suggested this b4: When Templates for Tasks for Events are made, it would be nice if the Alarms were saved as well.
Every time I use a Template to create a new Task or Event, I have to re-enter Alarm(s) for that Task or Event. It would be really nice if we could save Alarms to the Template, so they come up automatically. It’s way easier to delete specific Alarms if they’re not needed than to make new ones each time.

iOS widget auto update daily events
iOS homescreen widget update without needing to tap on it. Feels pointless seeing the previous day’s highlights until I tap on the widget. It should automatically correspond with the day.

Instead of adding more bells and whistles to justify a rate increase, why not fix synching issues? I can’t sync my account on my iPhone with my iPad. And you want to charge me more now? That sucks!

Same sets of icons
The purpose of this email is to request consideration of a feature to refine within MacOS and iOS Informant: make the icon set within MacOS Informant desktop match the set available within Informant iOS. There is overlap. However, there are significant differences between the task icons available in MacOS and iOS versions of the Informant application. It would be very helpful if the two sets match and each application had the same icons visible and available.

Add a Second Default alarm.
I am a sufferer of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Pocket Informant is, and has been for decades, a Life Saver for me. I couldn't manage my schedule without it! I have a request. I ALWAYS have to manually add a second alarm, 2 hrs. prior to an event, AS WELL AS the default alarm (30 min. before). This allows me to get my troubled mind more conscious that I have an appointment coming soon and to mentally prepare to be conscious of the coming 30 min. prior alarm and not to take on any additional hours consuming activity. Calendar filter for widget
I started using the home screen widget in iOS, called Next Up. But there is no filtering option for the widget, like you provide for the notification widget Informant Today. So it displays events from all the calendars I have access to. There should be a possibility to apply a filter to the home screen widget, or at least it should follow the filtering set for the current view in Informant.

Travel Assist
Travel Assist stinks. If I fly from Cincinnati to Phoenix why would I ever want to know what time it is in Cincinnatti when I arrive in Phoenix? If my return flight from is at 3:15pm Arizona time why would Informant tell me my departure in 6:15 EST?

Task sorted within groups/projects
I set all tasks with a priority when I set them up. So in my focus view tasks are sorted by those priorities. But within a priority, tasks appear simply alphabetical; what I want is those tasks within a priority to be then grouped by project type (alphabetically or even more ideally by a project title ranking of my custom choice), and within that sort, each project task would then be sorted alphabetically.
At the moment I see the only way to accomplish this is to for example label all tasks in the ‘chess’ project with the word chess at…4 votes -
A "Hold" or "Pin" Button / Option
it would be very helpful to have button that “pinned” or held the month display to have a desired (next) week at the top of the calendar view.

Use the IOS (Apple) map app instead of the Google maps
Using the Apple calendar, it was very easy to navigate - because it used the IOS maps. You use the Google map app, and that doesn't work as well. Please a) give a choice of which map app to use, or b) use the IOS (Apple) map app.
