Repeat settings within Event Templates
I would love the ability to save Repeat settings within Event Templates.
I used to be able to in the old versions of PI, but it’s long been done away with.

Go back to version 4
After all this time on v5, has the dev still not noticed that their app's ratings never recovered after switching from v4? Pocket Informant was the highest-rated calendar app, now it is mediocre. I tried v5 and immediately switched back to the much better v4. I'm not against progress, but v5 was a huge step backward in functionality, and it still isn't as good as v4.

Modify event search function to use currently selected calendar filter
Currently if I search my calendar for an event with a name that is included in one of my contacts, the search function takes a long, and will first present a long list of birthday events for this contact before presenting any other information.
For example, if I want to search for my last meeting with “Fred”, before Informant shows any events with Fred, it will first present a list of birthdays for Fred which it calculates from Fred’s birthday in my contact database.
So I will get a long list like the following:Fred’s 1st Birthday

You can select which calendars you want in Informant but not Apple Watch. Please add ability to select calendars in Apple Watch

link todos and events with contacts. That way we could find everything associated with a contact in one place.
Please find a way to link todos, events and possibly notes with contacts. This way, we could find everything associated with the contact like cjournal. This would help Informant to work like a CRM

Sort tasks manually
I would like to be able to sort tasks manually in projects (I think this is possible in Android, but not in IOS)

Fix the following issues in Android:
1) A more clear line between all day events 2) stop colors from reverting back to original colors. 3) when you hold down an event, and select "move" in the context menu, and change the date to another date, the event stays in the original date until you close the list of events on the bottom. Otherwise, it takes quite a while to refresh.

Bring back adjustable tab in Month Grid view
Month grid view used to have an adjustable tab which many people miss. We could see the events of a certain day and decide how much agenda view and how much month grid we wanted to see. You made that fixed instead of adjustable. You could bring back the adjustable tab as it was before, and let a menu selection determine which method the user wants.

Provide some semblance of support
Twice I have raised an issue with support.
Each time I am promised a timely response to my issue.
Each time, after receiving no feedback for 2 weeks, I request an update.
Each time I am advised the support ticket has been closed.
Each time I have received no resolution or even an advice that me support ticket is closedI suggest you treat your customers with some sort of respect & provide support

Review function!
An automated review function. Function will bring up projects for review based on users settings as to how often projects should be reviewed.

App function reliably
My biggest issue with the app is not features, but rather function! At times, Informant Sync stops syncing, so nothing gets backed up. Only solution is remove the account and add it back in. If not VERY careful, tasks get duplicated, or dropped entirely. BOTH are a mess. None of the features matter if the app doesn't function reliably.

Use Waze for directions. It lets you know when you need to leave based on traffic.
Allow users to be able to use whichever map app they want for directions… I prefer Waze.

Starred tasks in Informant widgets
It would be great to be able to display starred tasks in iOS Informant widget for home screen or notification panel.
Indeed, many people like me use the starring function to select tasks that we want to keep visible for the day or the next days, while not done or unstarred.
These tasks can already be displayed un focus view, what is great, and a great update would be to able to have them displayed in the home screen widget.
So that, we could keep an eye on the starred tasks that we want to follow closely without having to…3 votes -
Change time zone indication in Column Week view
In Column Week view the time zone takes up so much space that the event title is unreadable when it is only one hour. Either make the time zone smaller or allow the user to set how many hours are displayed so that there is more room for the event title.

Add “Are you sure?” to “Cancel” for text editing
I hate that if I try to position the cursor to the top left position in a calendar entry’s Notes field I’ll occasionally tap “Cancel” and lose what I’ve been working on.
Or, will click outside the Notes field when using an iPad with a similar result.
I’d love to instead get a Cancel prompt (or instead behaving like Apple’s Notes app and just keep constantly committing changes)..

Print Notes
Please make it possible to print from “notes” view. Better still would be the ability to select multiple notes (i.e. from a date range, project, or tag) and print or export all at once.
