An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share this—we’ve heard from others who also miss the adjustable tab in month grid view, and you explained the benefit of it beautifully.
That flexibility to control how much of the month vs. daily agenda you see was really useful, and we understand how the fixed layout feels like a step back for some workflows. Offering it as a user-selectable option is a great idea, and we’ll definitely consider bringing that flexibility back in a future update.
We truly appreciate your input—it helps us make smarter decisions about what to restore and reimagine.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Thanks for the suggestion—this is a great observation.
We totally understand wanting to reclaim a bit more screen space, especially on smaller devices. Having the option to reduce the bottom bar height in v5 is a smart idea, and we’ll definitely take it into consideration as we continue refining the layout.
Really appreciate you sharing this!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Thank you for being so candid—and you’re absolutely right.
Reliable sync should be the foundation of everything, and when it breaks down, it’s more than frustrating—it can undermine your whole workflow. We know how critical it is, and we’ve been working behind the scenes on improvements to Informant Sync to make it more stable and trustworthy.
The fact that you’ve had to remove and re-add your account just to get it working is not okay, and we want to fix that. If you’re open to it, we’d love to get a few more details from you to help us investigate further—especially around the duplication or task loss you mentioned.
Thank you for sticking with us through this—we’re listening, and we’re committed to getting this right.

This is a fantastic idea—thank you for suggesting it!
An automated project review feature based on custom review intervals would be a huge help for staying on top of everything without letting things slip through the cracks. It fits right in with the kind of smart productivity support we want Pocket Informant to offer.
We’re adding this to our feature discussions, and your input will be a big part of how we think about building it. Really appreciate you taking the time to share!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Thanks so much for bringing this up—and you're absolutely right. If you're assigning priorities like A1, B2, etc., it makes total sense that the print view should respect that structure.
We agree that having tasks automatically sort by priority letter and then by number when printing would make things clearer and more useful. This isn’t currently built into the print function, but it's a smart improvement and something we’ll definitely look into adding.
Really appreciate you pointing it out!

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Totally understand where you're coming from—and you’re not alone in wanting your settings to sync across devices. Having to configure everything twice isn’t just inconvenient, it can disrupt your workflow.
We agree that syncing templates, calendar colors, icons, and filters through iCloud would make a big difference. It’s something we’ve been exploring, and your feedback really helps us prioritize which settings matter most.
Thanks so much for sharing this—it’s exactly the kind of insight we need as we work to make Pocket Informant feel seamless across all your devices.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
Yes, that makes perfect sense—and thanks so much for explaining it so clearly.
What you’re describing is a layered sorting structure within Focus View: first by priority, then by project (ideally in a custom order you define), and finally by task title. We can definitely see how that would give you a much more meaningful view—especially if you manage a lot of different projects.
Right now, your workaround using prefixes is clever, but we agree that it’s not ideal. We’re actively looking into more flexible sorting and grouping options, and your detailed use case is exactly the kind of insight that helps us shape those decisions. I’ve added your request to our planning discussions.
Thanks again for sharing this—it’s thoughtful feedback like yours that makes the app better for everyone.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi there,
I’m really sorry to hear you’re running into syncing issues—that’s incredibly frustrating, especially when your data should just work across devices. Sync is one of the core things we want to be rock solid, and we’re actively working on improvements behind the scenes to make it more reliable.
And I hear you on the timing with the price change. Our goal isn’t to add fluff—it’s to build a better, more stable, and more powerful experience. But we completely understand that if the basics like sync aren’t working right, nothing else really matters.
If you're open to it, I’d love to help troubleshoot the sync problem you’re seeing. You can reach out to our support team directly with a few more details—we’re here to help.
Thanks for your honesty, and for sticking with us.

You're right—widgets should always feel current and useful. The iOS home screen widget should update automatically, and if it’s showing outdated info, that’s something we definitely want to improve. We're reviewing how to ensure it stays in sync without needing a tap.
And don’t worry—we’re also keeping a close eye on how the Watch app handles updates to avoid the same issue there.
Really appreciate you bringing this to our attention!

We agree—having control over which calendars appear on the Apple Watch would make the experience much more useful. Right now, it shows everything by default, but we're looking into ways to bring filtering options to the Watch app in a future update.
Appreciate you sharing this—it really helps guide our improvements!

We appreciate you highlighting this and will keep it in mind as we continue refining the widget experience.

Adding photos to the comment section of calendar events is a feature we’ve heard requested before, and we agree it could be really useful—whether for visual reminders, tickets, or quick snapshots. We’ll explore how this might fit into future updates.

You're right, older versions of PI allowed saving repeat settings in Event Templates, and we understand how useful that was. Restoring that functionality is on our radar, and your reminder helps us prioritize it.

An error occurred while saving the comment We’d love to display the current date on the app icon, but unfortunately, iOS doesn’t currently allow third-party apps to update their icons dynamically like that. It’s a limitation on Apple’s side—but if that ever changes, we’re definitely interested.
Appreciate you reaching out!

Hi there,
This is such a thoughtful and well-explained request—thank you!
We love how you’re using starred tasks to manage daily priorities, and it makes perfect sense to surface those directly in a widget so you don’t have to open the app to stay focused. Whether it’s adding them to the existing widget or creating a dedicated starred-tasks view, this is exactly the kind of helpful, real-world idea we want to support.
We’re adding this to our widget improvement list, and your input will definitely guide how we approach it.
Really appreciate you sharing how you use Informant—it helps us build better for everyone.
