More customizable options for overdue tasks
While I like the fact that overdue tasks are easily identifiable, I don’t particularly enjoy they they are marked as overdue the minute they are due. I’m specifically not fond of the red dot in the center of the “checkbox.” The checkbox being visually “filled” signals completion to me, which I do not personally find intuitive when a task is not complete.
This would be tolerable if I could toggle the overdue status to activate the day following the due date instead of immediately, but the option to remove the “overdue dot” (and perhaps additionally have an option for the…

Optimize the colouring of events
If an event is coloured in a very light colour like yellow, this works fine in the week view where the background then is yellow and the text is black (default). But opening the day or month view the text becomes yellow and is not readable anymore, thus. So, it would be great if in these views the colouring would be kept as in the week view: background yellow, text black.

Routine template for recurring sets of tasks and events
I would like to be able to create a kind of template for something like a project comprising a set of tasks and events. From the due date of the target event, I would register a set of tasks and event concurring to the achievement of the target event; these tasks and event would not have a due date but a calculated date (e.g. 10 days before target event, 5 weeks before target event, 3 months before target event). Using this template and the due date of the target event, Pocket Informant would calculate the exact dates of the different…

More integration among Tasks/Events/Notes and Projects/Tags
It would be great if we had a view in which we could see together the Tasks, and Notes belonging same Project/Folder or having the same Tag. For now you have to navigate through each object to see what elements are under each Project or Tag.
It would also be great if we could asign an Event to a Project, so we could have at a glance the elements of each object related to that Project.

Informant Web: The small calendar on the left doesn't bring you to the selected date
Maybe I'm missing something, but what's the function of the small calendar on the left? Selecting a date there, doesn't open the event editor, nor brings you to the selected date on the big Calendar on the right...

Change the number of days in the week view
Similar to an option in PI 4 (Android), the week view could display 5 or 7 days in a 2-column grid. Optionally, show the current day of the week larger cell, above the 2-column grid. We would need to allow the user to show or hide the two calendar widgets and so to give maximum screen real estate to this new week view.

It would be great if we could choose to show tasks with due dates also in the Calendar view of the Web version, as it does in the iPhone App.

Task Context on web version
I noticed on the web version; it does not sync the Task Context information from the app version. Also, cannot add a Context item on the web. This would be helpful to sync since it does appear on the web version but cannot be used.

It would be useful to dispose more favorite icons because being limited in number, those that are less used disappear and are not easy to find

PLUS button
On Month View, you can highlight a day. If you push the + button, you will create a new appointment/task for this day.
But, if you go to week view, the day highlighted doesn't exist anymore. When you push the + button, you create an appointment for the Monday/ first day of the week. And you have to pay attention, and change the date... Annoying. The fonction 'highlighted day' would be more natural...
