Add a flag to Tasks that prevents a task from being deleted until the flag is cleared.
I have a dozen or so tasks/checklists that I will refer to and use many times. For example the one I’m using at the moment is a holiday take list - all the things I need to pack for a holiday listed in a checklist. Before I’m due to go on holiday I’ll activate the task by adding a due date and when done I will remove the date.
Sounds fine in theory but sometimes I’ve forgotten to remove the date and just completed the task. By the time I get round to using it again it’s long gone.
I have tried using a note but Notes do not have checklist functionality nor do they have the flexibility of Tasks.
